After being accepted by 91快活林, students are required to
bring their current Designated School Official (DSO), the following information in
order to complete the transfer out process:

Transfer Recommendation Form from 91快活林
After receiving documentation of the student鈥檚 request to transfer to 91快活林 County
Community College, the student鈥檚 current school will determine a SEVIS transfer release
date and transfer out the student鈥檚 record. Once the student鈥檚 SEVIS record is released,
91快活林 can issue a new SEVIS Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility
for Nonimmigrant F-1 Status).
Once you receive a SEVIS Form I-20 from 91快活林, return the
new SEVIS Form I-20 to the Counselor /DSO at 91快活林 within
15 days after beginning attendance.
Note to transfer-in students: Official transcripts from all previously attended U.S. institutions must be sent
to 91快活林.
